TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EXCLUSIVE SERVICE

MARBELLA AIR: INVISIBLE LUXURY DISINFECTION AND CLEANING SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND SERVICE SCOPE

By requesting and confirming any service from Marbella Air (hereinafter, the "Exclusive Service"), the Client (hereinafter, the "VIP Client") fully agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "Terms"). These Terms are designed for clients who require the utmost discretion and excellence in advanced disinfection services for high-end and high-value properties in Marbella.

2. SERVICES OFFERED: LUXURY DISINFECTION AND AIR TREATMENT

Marbella Air (hereinafter, "Marbella Air" or "we") offers superior-level luxury disinfection and air and surface purification services. Our Exclusive Service includes, but is not limited to:

• Ozone and Cold Fogging Disinfection: Advanced, contactless, silent, and residue-free treatments.

• Invisible Luxury Service: Operation without branding, signage, or interruptions.

• Confidential Treatment of Villas and Yachts.

• Priority VIP Scheduling and Silent Night-time Service.

The detailed and specific description of each treatment will be validated during the Private Consultation.

3. SERVICE REQUEST AND PRIVATE CONSULTATION: ABSOLUTE CONFIDENTIALITY

The request for information and the initial service assessment are conducted through a Private Consultation and are strictly confidential. Quotes are personalized and detailed, reflecting the technology used, the size of the property, and the execution time. Marbella Air reserves the right to decline any service request that does not meet the brand's standards for privacy and exclusivity. The quote shall only be binding upon formal written confirmation by both parties.

4. BOOKING, PRIVATE SCHEDULING, AND CONFIRMATION

The booking of the Exclusive Service is confirmed solely after the formal acceptance of the quote by the VIP Client and the agreement on a specific date and time for Private Scheduling. Due to the VIP nature of our services, a partial or full upfront payment or deposit may be required to confirm the booking, as specified in the confirmation.

5. PRICES, CURRENCY, AND EXCLUSIVE PAYMENT

Prices for our services are communicated confidentially in the quote. All prices are expressed in Euros (€). Payment for services shall be made according to the terms agreed upon in the service agreement, utilizing the premium and discreet payment methods specified by Marbella Air.

6. CANCELLATIONS, MODIFICATIONS, AND DISCRETION

Any cancellation or modification of reserved services must be notified to Marbella Air with a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to the agreed Private Scheduling time.

• Late Cancellation (less than 48 hours): The deposit or a charge equivalent to 50% of the total quote may be retained to cover the loss of the exclusive reservation and logistical planning.

• Failure to provide access at the agreed-upon time without prior notice will be considered a late cancellation.

7. ACCESS AND CONFIDENTIALITY ON THE PROPERTY

The VIP Client undertakes to provide safe, timely, and discreet access to the property. The VIP Client is required to:

• Ensure all valuables and confidential documents are secured or removed.

• Guarantee that Marbella Air personnel can operate without interruption in the agreed environment.

• Understand and accept that Marbella Air operates without visible branding or identification on-site (Invisible Luxury Service).

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY

Marbella Air commits to executing the advanced disinfection treatments with the utmost diligence and professionalism. Our liability for damages is limited to those caused by the gross and direct negligence of our personnel during the execution of the Exclusive Service.

• Disinfection Technology: The VIP Client accepts the use of Ozone and Cold Fogging, understanding that these methods are non-corrosive and residue-free.

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damages to the property, indirect damages, or loss of profit.

9. CLAIMS AND DISCREET RESOLUTION

Any claim related to the provision of services must be notified to Marbella Air in writing and confidentially within a maximum of 24 hours after the completion of the treatment. Marbella Air will endeavor to resolve any claim fairly and efficiently in a discreet manner.

10. PRIVACY, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, AND LINKS

Sections 10, 11, and 12 of the original document (Intellectual Property, Privacy, Links) remain in essence, adapting the language to Marbella Air:

• Intellectual Property: The content of the website https://marbellaair.es/ is protected.

• Privacy and Data Protection: The handling of personal data is governed by our Marbella Air Privacy Policy, ensuring the level of secrecy associated with VIP clientele.

11. APPLICABLE LAW, JURISDICTION, AND FINAL PROVISIONS

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marbella, Spain, with both parties waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them.
